Vacation Bible School

Bible Studies

Jesus died and was raised… so what?

Two sessions will be offered in the Gathering Place on Thursdays, the first at 1:00 PM and the second at 6:30 PM, beginning April 23rd and concluding May 21st.

This new study will consider what it is for us to live in a post-resurrection world as a community informed and influenced by Jesus’ resurrection.  We will look at the resurrection appearances as recorded by the Gospel writers and discover the significance for us some 2,000 years later.  Additional voices will contribute to our conversation: pastors and theologians from various centuries who have reflected on the meaning of Jesus’ resurrection for those who believe in him.  All are welcome and each session will be relatively independent so you are encouraged to come as you are able!
